Yes, it is approved by the PDGA. Discraft did not release the disc.

Where/when did you hear this? Also, I have a Pro-D Zeppelin that I am interested in selling. It just didn't work out for any slots in my bag.

It does not fit in the slots in my bag. It's not terrible but it is a hassle getting it into putter slots and it doesn't do anything my wizard won't.
