Let's see what people liked for the 2016 releases.
I would guess discs released at the end of the year aren't going to get many votes, so I didn't put them on the poll.

Stego. Stupid overstability FTW. Also awesomely easy forehand roller.

I also really liked the Bighorn. Great plastic and a great flyer.

DDx - best driver innova/discmania has put out since the Destroyer. Took the already very good Tern and made it better, somehow.

For me it's the Stego. I dont try nearly as many discs as I used to, so a lot of the new releases went untested by yours truly. But the Stego is the only one from this group that made my bag, so it wins be default.

Runners up for me are the Sling and Tyrant. Both are great discs that weren't great enough for me to replace anything. I was so hyped for the Tyrant that maybe I set myself up to be let down. I just cant ditch my Teebirds.

only one I have thrown is the LEX, and that was back when UB owned the mold. SUPER underrated driving putter.

I voted for the Stud, as I use it very frequently during my rounds. My next favorite on that list was the DDx, which is a great compliment to the Tern.

Soft Proxy. It quickly became my favorite disc. Its an amazing combination of qualities. Straight and neutral with plenty of glide, yet resistant to turning over so I can reliably flick it off the tee on 200-300' holes. My approach game has been improving the more I work with the Proxy. Helps that its one of the most comfortable putters molds for throwing. I've always been a fan of shallow putters for approaches and short drives, and soft neutron is a lovely plastic.

I really liked the proto Colt. The retool was...less than ideal, but the proto was great and I still have 1 in my bag.

For me, the Discraft Undertaker. As a guy who normally drives 300-325' this has been the "Teebird" I was looking for. Straight for 90% of the flight finishing with a predictable fade.

Voted Archer, one of the few I've thrown. There's too many companies and molds to keep up with anymore. Talk about first world problems.

Stego is probably the most fun disc I've thrown ever. Its lack of ability to fly is hilarious.

Longbowman for me (someone who throws nothing faster than a 10 and mostly neutral stable drivers) has been a great addition. In TP it has a bit of turn but still nice strong late fade and in VIP for me it kills on big lefts and is the first driver I have been comfortable with on FH.

If only there was a BT or Origio run of them.

I know the Leopard3 is a variation of the OG Leopard. It's on Innovas "top disc of the year" list. It says the Star Leopard3 was released in January. So if the Leopard3 came out in 2016, it gets my vote.

DDx is the only one I've thrown. I was surprised to realize that. Probably a few others I should give a try.

What little I have thrown of the DDx has been promising. I am looking forward to getting to know it more

I picked "Other" for the Element Plutonium. Honorable mention goes to the DDx, really is a nice disc too.
