Form Critique Please

Rear foot/leg too backward to load into it properly. You extend your rear knee with the heel pushing off the ground and toes airborne, this is a no-no. Drive heel forward off the ground from the instep with the knee bent.

I noticed this as soon as I saw myself on video. I tried to make some corrections yesterday but it seems just changing the orientation of my rear foot is throwing all of my timing off. A lot of work to do I guess. Thanks for the input.
