I posted this a couple years ago. Advice really helped but I've regressed in distance and also sometimes my elbow still hurts when i throw sometimes it doesn't.

First video is yesterday, 2 others are from a month ago (when i started back up for the season) My distance has been improving. But I would love if I could get back to the 480/490 mark. I'm around 440 right now.

Focus on turning your whole frontside - foot to shoulder/head further back into the plant and reachback wider toward left tee side.
