I would probably throw a Bandit for either distance. Maybe a Boss.

My original home course. I spent 5 years lifeguarding at that pool.

I throw something hard right down the middle and hope it finds a way through the trees out into the open.

I hate this type of hole design more than any other in disc golf. Just cut down 5 or 6 trees and give the player a gap they can hit. Instead, throw it hard at a bunch of trees and hope it finds a hole.
