Yep. Gateway was always known for making very overstable discs. The Spirit is the most overstable disc they make.

I think it's in a different class than a Firebird. It's a high speed driver. But yeah, I'd say the flat Spirits are more overstable than a flat Firebird.

Whoever carries Gateway. I usually just hand pick my Gateway discs at the factory since I drive through there often enough. If you want the real meat hooks make sure you get the flat ones.
