Is anyone aware of an in depth analysis of Emerson Keith's form by someone experienced?
I'm not tall or short and my form isn't similar, but I find his form very interesting and might want to test it out but first I want to see an in depth analysis of it.
His form reminds me of Calvin's (I'm new though so maybe I'm wrong). Both seem to curl their wrist, drop their elbow (initially), and don't extend their elbow fully. Both are very powerful and effortless, but one is tall and one isn't.
I would expect with shorter arms you'd need to get their full extension even more to gain elite distance since you're already limited. Is there something special about not extending the elbow all the way and curling the wrst that helps with distance?
