You are going to hurt yourself. Your arm stops instead of following through. Everything needs to move much slower to much faster through impact. You are over curling your arm, instead of loading it against the core.

 
Your follow through is better, but you are moving forward while swinging, the body needs to stop/slow moving forward to whip the arm forward faster. You over extend the reach back, and over curl the arm/disc inward, Everything needs to move more together slower to faster. You never lead with the elbow forward.
