Hey my name is Delayne Crow and live in Texas. Started playing this year in Febuary and love it. Its so awsome to get excercise and play outdoors when it is not so hot. Well here is my intro and thanks for your time.

Fwiw....imho you should just make your content text articles. I think you would reach a larger base, plus you could easily copy/paste/share to Facebook, etc, etc. Plus deaf players are currently out of the loop, etc. Good luck and continue to have fun as that's the ultimate goal.

If you want to have help with your throwing, make a vid of yourself throwing and post in the Form Analysis/Critique forum... there are many examples in there of others doing this.
