overstable mid with no skip

So I'm looking for the same thing the OP is looking for.

I need an OS mid/long putter. It needs little to no skip when thrown FH, if it does skip, it needs to finish more forward than right.

I will look into an Obex, maybe the medium or soft, never held one.

Would a beat Pro D Zone lose some stability AND lose some skip?

I have found that certain mid rims are quite uncomfortable when I throw them FH.

For example: Pain, Roc, Hornet, and similar discs.

These feel great though: Trident, Zone, and Jokeri.

Any ideas?

Crystal FLX Drone or Crystal FLX Buzzz. They will usually land and stop. I also have a regular FLX Buzzz that does pretty well.

The special XG Champion Rhyno is very flexible and will usually land and flop when I putt with it.

My Pain works well for this. If you go much more over stable than that they do tend to skip.

The medium Obex is first choice for the no/little skip mid. The rubber absorbs (instead of deflecting) on impact.
The FLX Drone is second choice. It's more overstable than the Obex. I carry both.

Someone said Gator? That disc skips like a school girl.
