In Sarasota You have the Sky Pilots, which is one of the biggest clubs in the country. Sarasota has 2 good courses, North Watertower Park and Lakeview, and Sun King disc golf store is in Sarasota. You should head up north a little bit too and check out all the good courses in the St. Pete/Clearwater area (Cliff, Maximo etc.) You just moved to an awesome area for disc golf enjoy!

The Sky Pilots are a fine club that I am proud to be a member of. One of their head honchos, Tim Willis was just elected to the Disc Golf Hall of Fame. Its the oldest, largest and most active league in this area. They also host the biggest and best tournaments in this area.

Here in Port Charlotte, we also have a league (SWFDGA), that I am also a member of. They meet at hole 16 at 9:00 on Sunday mornings, and 5:00 on Wed. evenings. We just had our 1st PDGA tournament earlier this year, and the next tournament here at NPC is coming up in November.

Ft Myers has some good disc golf going on too, and of course the St Pete/Clearwater/Tampa area has a large DG community and some great courses.
