i have a soft magnet from disc craft but i dont like how soft it is and suggestions for new putters that will help my form

New putters won't help your form, putting practice will. Take a look at the technique section if you're unsure of where to start.

If you don't like the softness of the soft Magnet, why not try a regular one?

go fondle all the putters you can find the one you like best feels the best. buy 2 and practice....
