RHBH Form Check consistent 390-430ft

Howdy, this is my first post on here. I am relatively new to the sport and would love to hear any suggestions/tips on my form. I'm a pretty athletic and strong guy (college baseball player) and am frustrated that I can't throw far. Let me know what is keeping me from throwing 500ft. I am willing to work hard every single day to perfect my form but I am not sure what exactly to work on.

Note how open you are with eyes on target and rear foot still on ground and throwing arm hugging chest.

Need to plant/shift turned further back and keep eyes on disc and the elbow out away from chest to hug the disc instead of hugging yourself.
