Arm not straight in backswing curls up to left shoulder. I developed bad habits throwing higher speed discs so I started compensating by throwing everything on an anhyzer angle to get an S shaped drive. This method still works OK for actual anhyzer shots but it's robbing me of distance throwing straight.

Also really do the opposite of "keep your head down" so this is a familiar still shot from most videos.

First off, I'd slow way down, down to a stand still. You've developed some bad habbits that will be easiest to work out with a stand still. Keep it quite slow. It also makes it easier to learn.

Door frame drill should help correct your rounded reach back, and power of posture will help you to produce more power from your legs and clean up you form.
