Stuck at 300' range, any help?

Here is a video of me ripping a few fairway drivers on the range. I apologize for not being able to see the disc release and if this is such an issue I will make a new video. I am stuck at around 325-350' but have broken through to around 375' a few times. I know there are things in my throw I'm not seeing and would appreciate any kind of criticism since the guys I play with now come to me for advice. Thanks in advance!

Don't be afraid to rotate your back shoulder, you may have to take your eyes off the target, but it will generate more power watch the new will shuts trick video on YouTube it will give you some good advice

Strong arming it, get your arm loose like goose and use your hips. Reachback is hindering everything after that. Your upper arm is against your chest most the throw so your elbow never gets forward of the shoulder to whip the arm/disc.
