What do you like/dislike about your current bag?: Overlap between understable drivers. Struggle to decide which plastic type to throw at times.
Specific areas of desired feedback: Looking to try some different brands, specifically Lat64 (maybe River) and Discmania (PD). Also looking for any gaps or significant overlap in my bag.
Immediate and long-term goals: Looking to get a minimal set of distance drivers with little overlap
Bag:
Drivers:
168 Champ Dominator (used) - Max D, especially downhill or headwinds. Use this for big hyzers or, more often, max D with a nice S. Given a bit of extra speed from wind or downhill, I can get this to turn over and come back very predictably and naturally
172 Surge SS (new) - Trying this disc out, it's been good for really long straight shots, although I'm still not totally familiar with the disc. Would really appreciate feedback on this particular disc & how it fits in my bag.
172 Star Katana (beat) - Headwinds/Tailwinds, I use this for reliable D or big hyzer shots
168 Blizzard Champ Katana (beat) - Used in calm winds for distance. A bit flippy now for my liking but will bomb a 350+ straight shot with enough hyzer on the toss
168 Champ Eagle (new) - Picked this up to compliment my star eagle. Much more stable, used in headwinds, downhill, or when I just need more fade
174 Star Eagle (beat) - Favorite disc, hands down. Use this for most drives, especially those requiring a predictable fade
170 Z Stalker (used) - Straight shot with very little fade
172 Star TL (beat) - Trusty anny driver, one of my favorites
170 Star Roadrunner (new) - Rollers (still learning) and long distance turnovers
Mids:
175 Star Rancho Roc (beat) - Long mids (175+) or mids requiring more fade
175 ESP Buzzz (used) - Reliable, trusty mid. Used for most shots that don't fit other categories
170 Z Comet (used) - Long range straight shots & shorter range turnover. Used heavily when I need distance but don't have much height
170 Z Glide (new) - Anny mids, specifically longer ones that follow a solid anheizer line from start to finish.
Putters:
175 Star Aviar (used) - trusty & amazing
175 Star Aviar Driver (in the mail) - driving & long range putts, excited to try this
