actually, once the water goes down, it'll be playable pretty quick, maybe less than a week. the soil is so weird in Houston- there could be puddles every where, but it's like walking on wet sand. up here in Cincy it'd be losing your shoes in the inches deep mud...

We just transfer the water from on top of the mud into the air. Your feet are dry, but your skin is WET.
 
I am going to be down town Houston all next week. Will Milby be playable or anything else close to down town?
