who has the cleanest playlist ?

I'm not certain how people are able to get a full sense of the rating scale without visiting both the best-of-the-best and the worst-of-the-worst.

I love playing long, difficult, highly rated destination courses; however, I make it a point to sample some of the dregs so I know where both ends of the scale lie.

You need to play a lot of decent but not stellar courses to appreciate what a '5' disc rating should mean. The same is true at the opposite end. If people don't visit the rotten courses, we'll have no way to distinguish those that might be okay for practice or a stretch your legs round from those that are a waste of time to drive to.
