Lots of leaves, but otherwise very good

Heavily wooded course, with more elevation than the surrounding courses in South Jersey - yes it has some decent hills here.

From the short tees this is a very beginner friendly course designed to bring in the new player and allow them to have fun and make pars and get a few birdies.

From the long tees, this is a tournament designed course that will be blue level par (950-ish rating).
