Pros:
First the good news: There is a fun disc golf course on this hilly church property. There are some majestic pine trees scattered about and a few other trees to shot shape around. Most of the holes have tee signs. There are some scenic views of the surrounding mountains. We played on a Sunday afternoon and had the whole course to ourselves. There are some longer open holes and some nice elevation changes.
Cons:
Now for the cons: This isn't the best-designed course that I have seen. There are some really cool holes here, but there are also holes that throw over the driveways, parking lots and dangerously close to a playground. This is a private course to be sure, and I'm guessing that most days it's not going to be an issue. The tee signs give you a spot to throw from (unmarked grass tees) and distances, but don't show the hole layout really well and can be confusing. Hole 5 tee sign is on the ground, and hole 4's tee sign was missing (nice open down-hill throw from the corner of the parking lot behind the church.) Navigation will be difficult for first-timers.
Other Thoughts:
A fun round can be found here, provided the church is not in use, and once the navigation is figured out.
