Nice scenic looking course that plays between the buildings and the lakes mostly. Plenty of trees to shot shape around and some surprisingly long and tricky holes. Mostly grass tees and 4x4 wood posts for tee signs. The baskets and 4x4's have the hole # on them.

There are only four baskets here. So most holes share a basket with another hole and one basket is used three times. The course plays through a popular dog walking area and there may be a risk of hitting buildings or cars on some of the holes. One hole has you throwing over a garden and a picnicking area. The course is not beginner friendly imo as there are some tricky throws and some water hazards and even a water carry that might scare lower skill levels.

The course is brand new as of this review and could certainly benefit from some modifications. That said, if I lived here I would play this course every day and make up my own tees.
