Course drains well after rain.

Well landscaped neighborhood park. Significant low hanging trees force careful shots on tight fairways bordered by OB sidewalks, street and lake. Water in play on many holes. Tougher than length may indicate. Feature an "island" hole requiring you to land in a sidewalk circle from the tee otherwise go to the drop zone +1 penalty stroke.
