Cons:
It's totally unmemorable.
Other Thoughts:
As short as the "pro and con" section is, that sums up this course. It's reasonably cramped for space. They made decent use of what there was, but there wasn't a lot to start with. The individual holes aren't bad, but there's nothing unique or interesting about any of them, either, and many of them look similar to each other. It might have been better as a 9 or 12 hole course.
Beyond that, it's about half open, half wooded (moderate woods, nothing highly technical), minimal water and elevation. It's an OK course for locals to use, but if you're from out of town, try one of the other courses in Dayton.
