Extremely hard but great. Well maintained with grass cut through the woods. Somewhat cart friendly except for steps to #10.
The vision for a Black level, championship course at Northwood Park came about after the 2019 Pro Worlds event. With the help of the Morton Park District and many volunteer hours, this new course was created to be the hardest disc golf course in the world. Northwood Black measures out to be nearly 2 miles long from the long pads. This course debuted at the 2021 Ledgestone Open. Scoring an even par on this course will signify a round rating of 1020 to 1025. Play this course at your own risk!
Take I-74 to Morton Avenue Northbound
Turn right on Courtland Street
Turn left on Main Street
Go until the road takes a sharp left turn...turn right into the park there. If you follow the turn, you've gone too far. Very easy to miss the entrance.
