Pros:
Empty park.
Great place to learn to throw your midrange.
Cons:
No style or design to the course, really.
No marked mandos even where a drive will go over/through a playground, toward another tee, or toward another basket.
No length. There's really only toe holes on the course where you can let a full drive go. One of these (#9) needs a mando to keep discs from clocking others on the #1 tee.
6 of the nine holes are easily reachable with a midrange, and I cannot really throw my driver much more than 300'.
The short holes don't really have any challenge to them.
As a LHBH, 7 of the nine holes played to my fade. One that didn't needs a mando to keep a lefty from throwing over/through the playground.
Tees are too close to the fence line, tee boxes are painted too short, and the hole marker posts are right next to the tee. I felt like I was going to run into the fence or post on several holes.
Other Thoughts:
This is a beginner- to rec-level course, nothing more.
I would rather go throw in an empty field than play this course again.
