Well maintained course in park setting with short grass and many trees to form fairways. Tight lines needed on most holes to score well.
Front 9 are mostly short, shady and technical holes with 3 tees per hole (except #8). Start and finish at the maintenance barn.
After that, the back 9 is mostly open with a few tight holes mixed in. There are more par 4's on the back 9 than there are on the front 9. There are 2-3 tees per hole.
Road is OB, as well as the fence on #3. #13 plays over the park fence onto an "island" green. The "island" being the land between the fence (that comes off the road and turns into the woods) and the road.
No alcoholic beverages are allowed in the park. The Water Park is open to the public from 6AM to 8PM or dark (whichever comes first).

Location
Local Directions:
From US HWY 98 take MS HWY 35 North. The park is down on the left about 3 miles from HWY 98. Look for the brown sign that says Columbia Water Park, and the big white water tower.
Once you have turned off of HWY 35, go into the park and take your first left. Follow this road around the ballfields and you will come to a maintenance barn on your left. Park near it, and start on hole 1 behind the maintenance barn. Hole 10 is to the side of the maintence barn, beside hole 1.
