Grass is tall but dry conditions.
Flat, mostly open recreational course with scattered trees and low overhangs on some holes. No tee signs or distances, most screened gravel tee boxes have the hole number on the back timber. Rough is thick, and is especially likely to come into play on holes 1 & 4.
