Pros:
New Layout a little better/old layout unplayable
2 good holes I like the one over the bench near the lake and the one high on the hill.
The rest are better if it is kept mowed it will be playable

Cons:
forest holes to tight
non forest to wide open no shade
If you dont keep in fairway bring disc the grass will eat them pretty high rough
Very long course for time and distance with walking.

New layout way better but still would like to see the forest holes more fair
