A course nestled in the middle of quaint Alton, Illinois, Rockspring Park is a design collaboration between Bo Toebe, Mike Boedeker, and Jeff Liggon. Although designed in 2005, course installation didn't begin until spring 2008, and amenities are still being added as of November 2008.
The combination of excellent terrain use, innovative pin location, and a fantastic risk/reward tradeoff on the front 9 holes looks to make this park one for the ages upon completion.
