Which hole?
Is it to much to ask for a contributing post from you... I mean really.
Go to the memorial website and check out the Vista layout. Try 6 legit par 4s in the memorial layout.
Longest hole on that layout is 669' and on flat ground. Not a par 4!

What! You can get a 2 ever on a 669 ft hole? I doubt it
From what hear most top pro's can throw 450+, that leaves an upshot of 229, an easy putter stand and deliver = par3. 669' hole on flat ground = fail

Par gives you two putts,
are you trolling everyone or just not informed?
Noodle armed amateur here. Why is being able to shoot par 3 on a 669' hole a bad thing? A birdie is a job well done. So you drop a shot and are under par. 3 is good clean play. 4 means you screwed something up. Sounds correct to me. But as I said, I am a noodle armed am. What am I missing? I be dumb.
