The Oregon Disc Golf Championships was this past weekend. The event is held Trojan DGC on a modified par 60 layout. About 70% of the shots have heavy water danger. There were approximately 300 discs lost in the lake over the weekend and this shot pretty much sums it up. Walk up to the lake where you splashed in, salute your old friend, and move to the next hole.

2012 ORDGC. This is a par 4. The golfer on the right is sitting at his lie from his tee shot. From that location he has about 380' to the basket, and about 330' to clear water still.

This shot is a peninsula shot where you tee from behind the photographer on the right. You basically throw along the water and then hyzer back in-bounds. Hole is approximately 400'.

One of the easier holes on the course. 320' par 3. Tee is to the right, basket is surround on three sides by water.

Hole is about 330'. Approximately 300' to clear water. OB right as well as there is a concrete walking path so you really have to go for it. Basket is between 2nd and 3rd trees on the right.
