Hey guys!

I paired a casual round with a guy the other day who was doing some nice work with a Buzzz, but I didn't get a chance to find out what plastic or anything. I am throwing my R-Pro Roc really well at this point and would like to add the Buzzz to the quiver as I understand it's slightly less overstable.

Which plastic should I get that would compliment the Roc that I have. (also have a beat Stingray DX and that's it for mids)

Doesn't really matter, whatever feels best in your hand is the answer. Good choice picking one up, great midrange disc to have in the bag. Happy shopping!

I can't find Discraft for sale locally here in Vegas at all. So I kind of have to order on the intrawebs so no touchy feely stuff before hand unfortunately.

I don't throw them but from what the internet and people tell me the majority of Buzzz throwers throw Z. Then again there are others that will throw them in other plastics as well. Personally I think the elite X Buzzz is highly under rated in terms of feel, and price point. Then again that is me.

Bummer to hear... Alright then, I would go with either ESP or Z plastic, carry the Z version myself. I think those are the tougher versions as compared to the Cryztal or Elite X plastic. Based on previous info supplied, best guess would be the ESP version.

Ti Buzzz is indestructable. But I think that people will tell you it flies funny. I cant throw mine much as it hates the wind.

I carry a Z Buzzz. I haven't been playing to long, but I love the disc. Love the durability of the plastic as well!

If I threw Buzzzes, I'd go with FLX. I love how that plastic feels.

Personally, I prefer the FLX ESP Buzzz. it's grippy and durable. When it smacks right into a tree it pops right back into shape. I also carry a Pro-D Buzzz, it wears in quickly for anhyzer shots.

Z buzz is the oldest in my bag, super durable. But I love the FLX Buzz as it flies the same but more grippy

My first Buzzz was in the Elite X plastic. Good first intro to a disc and will wear in nicely to understable, at which point get the Z.

I have the low level Buzzzes, Pro D and elite X. Pro D is better than I expected, and it was great for grip in the cold wet weather. Both still fly pretty much the same as when i bought them, which might have to do with the fact they are easy to control, and so have hit fewer trees than most of my discs.

Start with Elite Z IMO.

Even if you buy it elsewhere, this site is nice for showing you the options available:

Roc users tend to not be Buzzz users though. It is kind of a rivalry, so you will probably have to choose one, or be hated by both :p

Cool site, I like the descriptions and the way it's laid out, thank you.

I think I'll try the Elite Z to start since it wears so slow, we have a bunch of rock gardens as hazards and they seem to attract my discs for some reason. :gross:

Now weight............HMMMM!!!!
