[Question] Straighest Flying Disc You Own

Depends on the shot and power needed.

<150' beat in DX Aviar P & A
150'-225' probably beat in Star Aviar P & A
225'-280' DX or Star Stingray depending on the power and distance
>280' not very much goes super straight at that distance for me. 150g, well used, QOLF would probably be the best, though.

I'd have to go with my Zone Driven Ontario Roc.....that Roc is like a laser when thrown correctly..just gets on a frozen rope and never leaves your target.

Any OS disc can fly straigth with enough OAT or manipulation. :\

Sort of what I'm thinking, reading all the responses. Not just ^this, but also, is a disc that you hyzerflip to fly straight really "straight?" You know what I mean?

Does it mean "what disc can I best manipulate to fly a straight line with minimal fade @ finish?" Or, what disc do I find to have the least tendency to turn or fade?

My current favorite hyzer-flippers are the *Tern, which I can get past 300 on a line with minimal fade consistently, and my new baby is the Switch.

In the other sense, it's tought to compare to discs in the Buzzz category. The ones I have most experience with are the Buzzz, Axis, I've got a Rec Fuse that has suprising HSS and is a laser...

The discs in my bag that go the straightest on a clean, flat throw are my ESP Comet and my QJLS.

Its crazy how much variation this is getting. I expected there to be maybe three or four very prominent discs but there seems to be quite a few you guys like. Keep 'em coming!

that should tell you something, its more about the thrower. i would say, around 200 ish of midrange power, a comet would be my choice.

The Tangent hyzer flips to the straightest flights I've ever thrown: it's the only disc I've gotten literally no fade or turn out of.

At 300' of power, the River can hyzer flip to straight nicely. Gets increasingly tricky when you go further than that, though.

Aurora MS - laser from the day that I peeled the sticker off. It has been slow for me to wear in so it is still a laser.

I love this disc even though my fingers hang on the lip from time to time (by bad).

Putter: Magic- dead straight from start to finish. Can hyzer flip, turn over and even slight hyzers. Tasty straight flyer.

Mid: Beat up KC roc- I like these more than DX bc their glide is actually a little more controllable. A best DX will glide almost too much for me. A light weight, beat KC just floats on dead straight lines.
*honorable mention: Gateway Element- super friggin straight mid. Just used to my rocs.

Fairway: Leopard- I used to have a best up glow champ that was just a rope thrower. Straight from start to finish. Didn't really turn, didn't really hyzer. It just cruised.
*honorsble mention: Gateway Sabre- it may be slow but it is surely super straight.

Distance: beat destroyer- I haven't found a straight out of the box distance driver for my power. Understable discs require a lot of hyzer. Overstable discs will always want to finish left.
A beat up overstable workhorse (destroyer, slayer, force, D2) will work well if you have some arm.

A best disc always fly better for me. Smoother lines and just seem to hold on the angle longer. Beat/trade for discs that have been "loved". You'll find what you are looking for.

I've thrown shots with no turn or fade using the following: Ions, Wizards, Magics, Anodes, Axis, Tangent, Lucky, Alias, KC Roc, Buzz, M4, Leopard, Teebird, Servo, Volt, QOLF, F2, F3, JLS.

Out of those the most reliable dead straight discs for me are the Anode, Axis and broken in Volt. They can all take a power rip and not turn, and with the right height and spin manipulation zero fade.

Opto Pure!, for sure. I also have a Buzzz elite z from 2010 when mccabe won the worlds. That baby is a lazer but it needs some juice behind it, throw slight hyzer with a good rip.

Crztal and esp Meteors for mids.

Beat up Blizzard Wraith for driver.
