What would you keep in my bag?

I wish I was able to toss plastic that far, but I'm trying to practice a little each day. I am trying to learn the game with a bare minimal of extra disc to lug around. I bought one of the small NutSac bags, 6 disc max, but right now 4 is what I'm trying to learn with. Change as I learn to throw...

Looking for a simple solid bag

I tend to agree with this mind set also. I am working on trying to throw at say 80% and under control. Never was very good at the " Grip It and Rip It.

Looking for a simple solid bag

The reason I started with Innova was the different discs and the different plastics. After researching their products, flight patterns and the availability of their disc, I decided I would use it as my baseline. I know that I have quite a mixed bag for stick golf, Callaway, Titelist, Mizuno...

    Introducing a newbie

Soft Putter, Dart, Kite and get a Leopard. Learn those, use the putter and Dart to start driving with. teach him a little throwing form before you go and practice at an open field so he can see the flight of the disc. Good luck.

Field Work: Adding weight to a disc?

I had given the thought of using leadtape added at 1 gram increments until I found a good weight and then buying the disc at that weight.

I was in Academy Sports one day checking out the discs that they offer. I haven't been playing long < than a month. I just wanted to fondle some disc so to say. I can look at them all day online, but I want to feel them. When I picked up the Millennium Omega Super Soft Putter, I knew my search...

[Other] Methods to Repair Your Discs

Being new to the sport, and after reading the rules, I used a sanding stick on all of my discs. That fine line where the molds come together, I've sanded all of them some until it felt comfortable in my hand. For softer discs, just throw them in the freezer for a while, it will make it easier to...

Olive Sac I have just gotten into the sport and after researching disc for several weeks, dang i was overwhelmed. I decided to learn 3-5 disc to start with. Millennium Super Soft Omega Putter, Innova Star Foxbat, Innova Star Kite, and a G Star Leopard. The Sac is just the ticket, but get the...

Review by CAB'S Disc in course Kelsey Scott Park

2.50 star(s) Great for just getting started 4 Sets of tees.Short enough and still can be a challenge for all skill levels. Course map at kiosk would be great for first time players Great place to practice. Just because it lacks length, you still have to throw it in the basket. Give it a throw to see how low...

    Why are NutSacs so pricey?

You get what you pay for. Just take care of what you have, I have ordered one and expect it sometime this week. Reasons for buying it; 1. Made in USA.2 Will last a long time, due to material its made from. 3 It will force me to learn the disc I have in it. I am a beginner having played 2 rounds...
