I would add the Mantis and Heat to your list if you haven't tried them. Heat can be punched dead straight on low lines and Mantis is very workable in many lines. Also Undertaker for more stability.
I agree there are many great discs to be had in all lineups. I have always valued the consistency of discraft and the ease in which I can replace a go to disc without searching. Can even buy sight unseen.
Nice disc. I think it fill the gap where the avenger might skip off the fairway on a straight hole this will land with less fade at the end. Seems like a longer TL to me! Perfect disc!
Ken Climo is the man. People today drive far and accurate but no one has ever worked a hyzer flip like Ken Climo that I have ever seen. So, what is he putting with?
Hey MJ, question for you. I have always had trouble with the Hyzer flip shot. When I throw at it either just keeps hyzer ing or I have to roll my wrist over and turn it over to get it to go straight any expertise or advice on how to produce A reliable Hyzer flip ?
I don't know if anyone has posted this yet but Crazy John Brooks used to carry 3 discs. Viper, Roc, and an Aviar back when he was really, really good and fun to watch play.
Bought a Z Force for 10 bucks on facebook the other day. Yellow stock stamp and a bit beat up and scratched. Took it out and ripped it as hard as I could flat into a 25 mph headwind. The disc went straight as an arrow. It is a thing of beauty. People always look for "Beefy destroyers" and...
Of course you can flatten your disc out or try to add the dome back after your wife puts a shopping bag on your disc in the back seat and you go to a tourney to find you driver has a happy dimple in it. Do what you want baby. Merica!
How far is that hole that your birdied. I think the tee sign says 480 or something. Is that right? Beautiful line on that shot by the way. Hope you make it to worlds!
Putting with a roc is not such a bad thing I don't think. There was an article about one of the older players who always putts with a roc and was one of the best at upshots. He was playing at the USDGC when I read the article. I wish I could remember his name. I used to switch to rocs for...
The buzz probably produces the most birdies off the tee of any disc in this list because it is so popular and because it is thrown on holes that most people can score on. The buzz produces a very predictable straight or anhyzer shot.
