TalbotTrojan told me where to find it! :) It's a great site! I love all the resources and the ability to post scores and review the progress of other members. Plus, the forums are useful.
anyone have a picture of the best "4 finger power grip"? I generally have my index finger along the rim of the disc, it's the most comfortable for me. I definitely want to add distance to my drives, but I don't want to mess with my grip until I know what it truly should look like.
I warm up with 6 hours of 'WTR' the day before a match. By 'WTR' I mean I warm-up by watching an entire season of "Walker Texas Ranger" the night before a match. Disc Golf is a mental game and there is no greater mental strength than Norris on the mind.

I have a small journal that I bought at target. It's about the size of a wallet and is great for keeping score as well as writing down any interesting thoughts I might have during a round on the course. I use three columns under the date and course I am playing. "H" column for...

This course can be fun and appreciated by beginners as well as seasoned players. I frequently see kids, and adults playing in groups enjoying the beautiful scenery and a nice long walk in the park. At the other end of the spectrum are the lone, or paired serious players...
Wow! I had no idea we had a disc golf course at Oregon. If I would have known, and we had met earlier, and you had successfully addicted me to the sport... I would have taken it! I think it's cool that Oregon has that as a class. I know they used to have a ton of cool PE classes like squba and...
breaking in discs...
I concur with talbottrojan. I play La Mirada pretty regularly and just recently broke in a new driver (An Innova Eagle-Champion, 170g). I've been playing with it for about 2 weeks and it's already gone from being a little over-stable, to even (if not even a slight bit...
