Warmup routines?

I warm up with 6 hours of 'WTR' the day before a match. By 'WTR' I mean I warm-up by watching an entire season of "Walker Texas Ranger" the night before a match. Disc Golf is a mental game and there is no greater mental strength than Norris on the mind.

ps- stretching out the legs, back, arms, and chest helps as well. :)
