    Slow-Motion video help

Yeah, we should record some of both. Since we only have one camera, we can only get either slow mo or regular, it would be great if we had a second camera to get the same throw in both slow motion and regular speed.

    Slow-Motion video help

Thanks for all the feedback guys/gals! It's a bit disturbing to see all your flaws exposed at 210 fps, but it helps pinpoint stuff you never even knew was happening. The pin is marked at 365' or so, and I ended up skipping of a sidewalk about 40' behind the pin. Part of that is a significant...

    Slow-Motion video help

Hey everyone. I haven't been around in the while, as summertime is outside time. Hope all is well with everyone around here. Anyway, I was out the other day throwing some practice throws with the aid of a slow motion video camera, and was hoping that some of you fine folks would be so kind as...

1.50 star(s) Ok for learning...others need not apply - 9 baskets - Signage for almost all holes showing footage/direction - Open and short - Closed during school hours (On school property) It would be an ok course to take a brand new play out on to get their feet wet. If you have been playing for a while...

    About giving away discs

I left a POS Aerobie Arrow under a basket the other day and saw some kids playing after me with it. Does that count? :D

    First Ace!!

With the wind blowing like it was out of the west today, I wasn't sure it was going in until it went in. It was one of those shots that could have gone ahead, back, left, or right of the basket up until the last second. Somebody that lives in the houses beside the hole must have heard me...

    First Ace!!

Just got back from a round and came away with my first ace! Hole 17 at Sunrise Park in Bartlett, IL. 245' downhill with nothing to aim around, but it's Illinois, what are you going to do?

    Why so many discs?

I'm trying to resist the urge to have a disc for every shot, and work more on learning how to make a simple set of discs do what I need them to do for all shots. At the moment, I think I'm carrying 1 Avair, 1 Buzz, 1 Leopard, 1 Beast, 1 Valk, 1 Gazelle, and 1 Wraith. I could probably get rid...

    DG Superstitions

Wow, it's like we're twins as far as that's concerned! I always scrape my feet when I get into the tee box, similar to a charging bull, lol. When I throw forehand, I set my grip, and then tap the disc against my left palm and rotate the disc until I am happy with the grip. With back hand, I...

    Hanging my head in shame.

Plus I'd much rather extend my "guaranteed" putts from 12' to 22' than to drive 300' vs 290'

Amazing story that happened to me today

I can't stand having anything in my pockets when I play. The innova starter bag is pretty good, as the mesh pocket in the lid fits all my stuff, and I can just leave it flipped open so I can hear my phone if it rings
