c ya at mc dade sun. underpar said we r meeting up at 1. u might not recognize me again...lol. shaved off the beard cause i had an interview yesterday.
I played Spring Valley today. Got 3 rounds in.
Beautiful course. Nice pro shop, too.
    I played the Finesse 18. Shot +3.
Cool on the tie for 1st!! I'm down to play a round. We are not exactly around the corner from one another. I'm at least an hour from humble. I live on the west side of Houston. Hwy6 & bellaire area. I'm about 30 min from Agnes moffit. Ryan and I were talking about playing Mc Dade park in Conroe on the 21st. I have to talk to the wife first.
what up midnight? nice playing behind ya at the icebowl. i was the guy with beard that was playing with Ryan (underpar24). so what did u score? i played like crap. there was i guy in our group and it was his 2nd time playing period. they gave him a disc for having the lowest score....lol. i think he had a 92.
my phone is not letting me PM. the disc i have is a white roc. I traded WillACarpenter for it and I know he has traded with you.
They are crap! If you're headed off-road at all, plan on spending at least $250-300, and ideally $500-1500 for a bike that will hold up and continue to function well in the long term. Go to a real bike shop and get fitted for the bike that best fits your body and your needs. A first tune up should be included and that's your opportunity to see how your bike works and what maintenance it'll need in the future. Also plan on good quality padded bike shorts, water bottle and cage, and a basic set pack, multi tool, air pump, and patch kit so you're semi self sufficient. I know it sounds like a ton of $ and a big hassle, but a quality bike will run well for way longer than the month you can expect from a WalMart/K-Mart bike. Truly.
Are you going to be around tomorrow? my buddy came in town and we are looking for a course to play. We were thinking about River Grove.
I have a dragon and it has been working well for me, I also have a Hyrda putter, but my dogs have adopted it before I ever got to throw it! Oh well...reason to go buy another disc!
I played Spring Valley a few weeks ago - in the rain. I want to try to get there during the week so I can try the power 9 - looks like a fun course.
I will definitely take you up on that. It might be after the new year, but will PM you about it sometime.
I would if I could, I'm needing to make a trip back to Texas, but it's about an 18 hour drive from Myrtle Beach. I'm waiting for the weather to clear up here as well, it's been rainy as hell. Bad thing about living where it's 7ft above sea level, it takes days to dry out!
