    [Axiom] Axiom Proxy

Ditto. Ever since I grabbed an envy, I can't stand the depth of my other putters. Adding a little more versatility with another mold, yeah, Ill buy that.

Newb help with disc choice for

Axiom, a company started by MVP, makes the inspire. MVP makes a switch, which is an understable fairway driver. MVP also makes an inertia, which is one of there high speed drivers. It in my opinion, closest to a beast from MVP. My bag is all MVP, so I'm a fan. However, I would go with something...

Newb help with disc choice for

I've got a champ beast that I used as my go to hyzer flip disc. I also have tried the katana and vulcan in star. I'm not as successful with the katana or vulcan, and didn't even bag them after trying to work them in. If your good with the dx, i would keep it in the bag and pick up a champ in the...

    Mids as putters = noob?

A guy I play with has been using a mid for putting for 2 years. He's probably just comfortable with it. He tried a few putters but they didn't feel right to him. He hits a lot of long puts, so we don't bug him.

[MVP] MVP Disc Sports (Official Thread) (Part III)

I'm with Garret on this one. I feel like rotating plastic is becoming out dated. I know it worked great, but nowadays we have a mold for just about every shot in the book. As mentioned in IN4D's post, between axiom/MVP there's a lot of overlap. I don't see why someone couldn't use 3 midrange...

    Disc Golf Disc Washer

This thing uses far more water then I've seen anybody ever use on the course. This is one of the worst things I've seen. The video only makes it seem like a worse idea. I feel I can get a disc cleaner, faster, and with no water just by using a towel.

    [Axiom] Axiom Envy

I saw one in black with a red rim earlier this week. Almost got it myself but I can't afford new plastic. Anyways, just tried to look through the usuals and it was gone. I think black putters sell quick.

    [Axiom] Axiom Envy

I too absolutely love the envy. Its slowly steeling more and more shots from my mids. It has become an absolute utility disc for me. I'd say any shot under 200' I'm considering using it. I also use it as my most reliable putter. I know its been said, but WHERE IS THE SOFT PLASTIC! I love my...

    New player, need new disc?

DON'T GET A DRIVER WITH MORE SPEED. You don't need it yet. They key to good distance is form, and alot of that is going to show up in the split second when the "hit" occurs, or snap. Its a lot easier to get that forehand for most people, however it is limited. It becomes a crutch. If you work...

    [Recommend] Building a Girlfriend Bag

I agree with the lat easy throw set. Good grip and feel to the discs and more durability vs the dx. I bought some for my daughter and she loves them. My only surprise/ disappointment was that the putter (ruby) was deeper rimmed then I expected. The website stated the discs were made for smaller...

[Discraft] Newbie - What type of plastic Buzzz should I get?

z buzzz for sure, and it is less OS then the roc and much better fro beginners. Buzz is an all around awesome disc. When I play the one disc challenge with my buds, I grab the buzzz. X in my opinion, sucks. ESP is good material, but I like the z better for my buzzz and you can get an x-out for...

    Reccomended me some Rain Gear

I ended up getting a packable jacket and pants set. I liked them a lot because I could pack them in my bag and never had to worry if rain was coming. They worked great. The only problem I had was my playing buddies have no sense of planning and just start crying about the rain. I did end up...

    disc after leopard

I would throw a valkyrie. It'll be forgiving like the leopard and give you some more distance as you get better with it. I think they are a great intro into DDs.

    [MVP] MVP Tesla

I don't think Tesla would care about the use of his signature. The man was all about sharing of stuff for the bettering of mankind. On the sad news side. I missed the community disc preorders, hopefully I can get my hands on one of these. I've always been a Tesla fan, I'm a MVP fan, and this...

[Question] Disc Advice for High School Program

In my opinion, I think you are correct in going with a better plastic then baseline. Especially if you are doing a lot of field throws. I personally think you should go with innova or discraft because they're every where. I've never seen a store that didn't carry innova or Discraft. Then your...
