I'm playing buffalo ridge tomorrow at like 8am and would like to play with someone as it's my only day and time to play. Plus no car so I can't play fountain or vista and buffalo is right down the street.
I can't imagine myself rolling with any other disc. The only other disc that I feel like I can control on the ground would be a roc but that's much slower. Left turns, right turns, big s rollers, straight rollers, sky rollers. It just does it all. Mine never really sees flight unless I need a...
The legend cannons I have are more overstable than anything you can think of. A guy here who throws 600+ got it about 250 and it hit the ground vertical
Wizards won't have a sunken top til you beat them up. My vote is for the kc aviar or pro-d challenger.
Or if you don't mind oop discs the fr pro aviar is exactly what you want.
So the disc becoming more stable/overstable is just a side effect?
Some discs it seems true that it doesn't add any more stability such as beaded or non beaded gators, they fly the same. But an XD and a CR have a whole different flight. Could be that being such an overstable disc you don't...
It's domey abd kind of deep but has a thin rim like a stingray, hard to say its a 5 speed???
One thing I thought is it will be awesome though for long downhill shots you don't want to fade out. Has that appearance of a ton of glide and no fade. Like a fuse/comet type disc.
We like to play a game called 3 flip. It's a CTP type game but in order to win you must be within 3 flips of your disc to the intended target. We usually pick a pole or something about 100ft out and usually play for $5. You get three throws each to get within 3 flips. If I get one close enough...
Got to hold one of these...
All I have to say is LOL.
Heard it flies good but for 'me' is felt funny in the hand. Like the Aero and Stingray had a love child.
I felt this as well, for me, the teebird feels like a control fairway in its flight where I can count on accuracy and placement. The eagle with its curve seemed like a distance line type flight which was beautiful but for my game was what I wanted or needed. Great disc though and I can't say...
I prefer this top even if it's a new one or not. The first batch of them I grabbed one and it's now getting worked in and is easily my favorite destroyer ever. Only thing I wish is that they were a tad stiffer like the old S/DS but it's not a breaking point. Unlike the other ones I've broken in...
Mine was actually yesterday at the Fling at Chavez Ridge, never played there before so I knew I was in for a treat and possibly a lot if trouble. The whole course plays in the side of the hill by Dodger Stadium. Everyone talks about the freeway hole where your elevated about 100ft and 300-330...
