I have no suggestions, but I'm subscribing to this thread because I'm planning a trip next year and I want to play amongst the giant old growth forests. Brooktrails in particular had caught my eye.
I'm amazed how many people have played 200+ courses, let alone 1000! Kudos to you guys and gals for making it happen. I'm currently at 57 courses in 10 states, and I'll add a few more this year. Realistically though, it will probably be a few more years before I hit 100.
I'll be in NYC for several days in mid-March. I want to sneak in a round during my trip if the weather allows and add another state to my list (be it NY, NJ, or CT). I would probably prefer to use public transportation if that is an option, but I could likely borrow a car if need be to drive...
MVP Neutron Volt. For a number of years it has been my most consistent/reliable disc.

So so in JoCo
- 18 hole course, baskets all intact
- Good use of available elevation
- Nice mix of wooded and open holes
- Relatively easy to navigate with decent flow
- Plays quickly, but still makes you feel satisfied that you played a full round
- Few chances to lose discs other than a couple...

Joe Eakes Park (Kure Beach, NC)
Buckhorn (New Hill, NC)
Water Works (Kansas City, MO)
East Carolina University (Greenville, NC)
Not necessarily the best 5 courses I have every played, but all have a little something extra that...

- Although compact, this course does a good job of requiring you to hit a variety of lines
- No large elevation changes, but still the small hills make an impact on how you approach several of the holes. Hole 5 is a great example of this.
- Not overly wooded but very nice use of...
Almost never. For the same reason I never do field work: if I have rare free time to devote to disc golf, I want to go play a round with my bag and all my discs. That said, I did recently play a two disc round (Zone/Warden) at the nine hole course I usually play, and I surprisingly scored within...
