Post a cool disc golf photo

About 2 weeks a year you get this view on hole 5's approach at Hidden Ridge.

That makes me wanna to play!

Lost a DX Roc at work, it landed in snow and I could not find the darn thing. Fast forward like.....a couple months, multiple snow-rain-freeze-thaw cycles and now the sun is out and it's like 60 and all the snow is melting, took a look around the area and there she was.

My name Dallas etched into a basket, not by me. And at a course I hadn't been to before then.

Hmmmm.....new sign. Kind of wonder who was behind this. Nice homage to Bill.....King Bastard.

Bill was well liked by our Ypsi dubs crew, I'd bet one of them put that together.

I go right side of that tree there with a straddle pitch putt. Everyone tries running left side of the tree, that's the sucker route.

Rumor has it that Indy is getting a putting style course like this one too! They do have a bunch of good condition Mach 3s laying around with no holes to use them on, apparently that's the plan.

So from context I'm guessing this is at Rolling?

Ashamed to admit I didn't play this last time there, too busy with tourney stuff and volunteering

Tone pole to tee, hole p2d (perchance to dream), Ramcat. The fairway was knee to head high in dog fennel and blackberry canes this morning. Now ankle to calf high. [emoji106][emoji41]

The Punta Gorda course has tee signs now! And this cool new warning sign!

Chugodatrite! If you notice the large oaks jackstrawed down at the bottom of the fairway, those all came down on three consecutive storms last year. Fortunately they are close enough to the tee to not affect lines on tee shots and left a trail between them to avoid climbing or having to cut chest high trees. Same three storms knocked down similar trees on the opposite side of the ridge that did require a metric ****e ton of work. I hate summertime chainsaw work. Makes an old man older. [emoji106]

Sorry you lost some trees... but the good news is, Ramcat still has plenty of chances to get treenied. Be careful cleaning up the downed trees, my friend!

I like it, because I get it. But...

Can't help but wonder if the folks we're warning will take them seriously. Wouldn't surprise me if some people think it's some sort of joke, and have no clue to watch for discs.
