Backhand Critique

Hi all! I've recently gotten back in to the game and really want to give it an honest try to improve. I've read and watched a lot about backhand technique and I want to see what an outside perspective has to say on my form. Right now I'm maxing out with putters at 200'-250' consistently, and can get my drivers out to 350' on a good throw. What do I need to focus on improving?

I read through that thread and went out to the field today to give it a shot, and I felt a huge difference. I can feel a lot more force going into the disc and I was easily hitting my old max distances with my putters. Here's some video of my throw now:

Think I'm doing it correctly? Also, any other criticisms? It looks like something wrong is happening with my plant leg on my pull through but I can't pinpoint what it is.

I also want to say thanks so much for the feedback, I've read and watched a lot of your stuff and it's been super helpful.
 
Definitely better.

1. Your right shoulder/upper arm looks to be collapsing/retracting. Need to hug the disc more into your center, more behind the right elbow/shoulder, instead of hugging yourself with the disc more behind your left shoulder.

2. Your front leg is collapsing. Looks like you are scared to move your pressure into your front heel, and so your pressure stays in your toes and your knee leaks forward over the ankle. You want to plant into the front leg more like Barry Sanders sticking his leg into the ground and making a cut back move to reverse direction back away from target.
