You'll need a tripod, if using a 2 second shutter speed.

Got a couple tripods and a coolpix s9100 but I'm not around my camera to check ATM

Specs on the S9100 shows slowest manual shutter speed at 1 sec but there's a preset night mode that might automatically go longer.

^^ i will look at the night setting when I get home . I really loved how that photo looks! I would most likely be taking a night photo so hopefully the shutter speed will go slower
