Criticize my throwing style, please!

Nice shot and not too shabby style. Looks like you can smooth it out some. You are a bit heavy on your rear heel and leaning back too far into the reachback. Try to not let the rear touch the ground and keep your head more toward the target and between your feet in the reachback.

Watched the video twice thinking "Man, that's not bad for Swedish style" then noticed on youtube where you're from. 
anyway.. something looked a little funny and i think this still frame captures it. Not sure if your rear foot is dragging forward or not. If yes, then it's most likely as you suggest from taking too long a step.
also looks like your elbow is down a bit low and out of alignment with your shoulders... that could be the swedish style tho. not sure
