I just got three from DGC. (1 Star and 2 Champs)
They're not domey, the champs have a nice grip, but not gummy.
The star is middle of the road, not gummy but not super stiff. Too me it's just right.
They all fly great
I have an older run Star Eagle-l that if very stiff, if your interested I'll swap you the gummy one for my flat stiff 175gr.
Innova swirly star barsby eagles dropped on the proshop tonight. I was stuck at work when the tweet went out and for some reason innova's website wouldn't work on my phone. By the time I got home they were sold out. Oh well, I'm sure they'll list more throughout the year.

They restock tour discs like everyday. Don't be upset.
Also they'll pop up for resell once one box arrives a shop.
I hope they come out with some lighter ones, but chances are they wont. Discs look nice but the art is ugly to me. Hoping someone does a review of these next to the swirly star eagles that have been on the custom form before. Im hoping they arent as stiff or domey as those were.
Swirly star is definitely my least favorite limited run Innova plastic. Fingers crossed these feel and fly nice. If they don't at least some of my money will support barsby.

I was really hoping for some kind of Luster blend or stiff and flat Champion (glow even). But I suppose Star Eagle are relatively flatter than Champion, at least all the ones I've seen and own. I believe Gregg said in his ITB that's how he prefers them, flat.
Oh I certainly understand that. But yesterday was payday and I had a hankerin to blow some of my hard earned money on some plastic.

I'm excited that Barsby Eagles are finally a thing. It's been asked for for a long time. I'm less excited that it's swirled star, because my small sample size of experience with swirled star Nybo Teebirds was only okay. The ones that aren't brown or gray turn out pretty, but few of them fly with much glide. Either way, Barsby Eagles, so yay!

I like Barsby, and I like eagles, but swirled Star sucks. Colors are bad, grip is weird and kind of slick, that blend just doesn't agree with me. Was hoping for flatter Colorglow. That's probably the closest plastic they have to the older champ that isn't the new pearly stuff.

Aero is such a cool disc! Have fun with it.
I put in an order for 2. Excited to see what I receive (have low expectations as I know true beauties are rare) and see if it has the nice smooth wing-to-dome transition, or the odd little ledge that recent Eagles have had.
