Hello, I'm asking for constructive criticism and any help on improving.
Things I probably need to work on:
Rounding
Out of balance (poor posture)
Not bracing on the plant foot
Not executing a clean backswing

This is leading to a lot of high noob hyzer and OAT turn and burn. In the videos I am throwing only putters and mids. They are ranging from around 160 ft - 230 ft. I can throw fairly straight from a dynamic standstill position and the x-step throws go about the same distance but tend to hyzer out badly.

Unfortunately I have never played hockey, ball golf, baseball or tennis and so the RHBH throw is completely foreign to me. I have been lurking on these forums and have picked up some great information from the resident form guru Sidewinder22 & HUB's blog as well. I've been trying to get out to the field 1-2x a week.

I have been doing "standstill" throws and messing around with the x-step but from what I'm gathering it seems I should probably just do dynamic standstill throws until I get that down better (walk before you run right?)

My goal is to simply throw better, smoother and cut out the noob hyzers that dump after 150 feet. I'm not expecting to bomb 500 footers anytime soon. I want to progress to a more smooth kinetic sequence that is consistent around 300-350 and have a chance to par/birdie more holes on the course.

Thanks in advance for any help!

You are pulling your elbow down and into your body instead of it being pulled out taut away from body.
