Help Brian Hess with his form.

He isn't turing his hips and shoulders back enough, so his arm just collapses against the chest and can't get the elbow forward of the shoulder for chop or wrist extension, or pull through in a straight line. What he is doing now is trying to really twist the spine(bad), and so he brings his chest down against the rear leg to load up(trying to shift weight=bad). This results in stomping the plant foot, instead of gliding it forward with weight centered.
