I've been playing for nearly 11 years now but I've never really been able to improve my form. Last year I introduced some friends to the sport and now that they're getting good I'd like to increase my distance. I've been working on all of the classic sw22 drills but don't really know what I need to focus on. I managed to get one slow-mo video uploaded and will try to get some regular speed and more angles soon. I've dropped the x-step for now but would like to work it back in at some point. Currently throwing about 270 max with putters/mids/fairways. No distance drivers. The shot in the video was a P2 that went somewhere around 230.

Sorry about the audio, I don't have any way to edit that out on my antiquated chromebook. Working on getting my desktop setup for the next videos.

Thanks.

Just an update - took more videos and noticed in the rear shots that I'm definitely rounding. I thought I reached out but I guess I'm still hugging myself. That's what I'll focus on first.

Looks like you lock your rear knee out which tips you over, instead of being able to hinge into the rear hip and swinging your right shoulder back into the rear foot like I talk about in PoP.

Moving too east-west. Your body is moving into the swing path instead of clearing out away from it.

That's a great still. I've been working on the figure 8 standstill for the past couple weeks and while it hasn't made any noticeable impact on distance, it has improved my consistency with release. Adding in the single forward step has helped me feel the weight shift but apparently caused me to forget that motion.
